Although we don't have our iPhone app finished yet, did you know you can surf your FULL TimeJar account direct in the iPhone Safari browser? You can access every page just as you would on your computer, you can add notes, appointments, journal, and do everything you can do on a normal PC. Switch the iPhone to landscape view and get a great view of all your projects, todos, etc. The iPhone even underlines phone numbers so you can click and call direct. We are making a few adjustments that allow you to stay logged in on the iPhone. Try it out and let us know how it works! 

In the meantime we are designing our native Timejar iPhone app that will be amazing and it will allow you to use TimeJar quick and easy on the run. Stay tuned for details. 

Now you can click on the DGP and Holding Tank links on the top and bottom of each page to work on an isolated version of those lists. So instead of loading the entire home page, you can click on the Holding Tank link and just work on that list.

We had some issues with the TimeJar Email Client when we switched to the new dedicated server. Today that was fixed, however, you will need to update your existing email accounts and select the POP 3 option on the SERVER TYPE box in the account setup page. We will be posting a new video shortly, if you have any questions let us know.

TimeJar is now Hacker Safe Certified which means our site has passed the daily FBI/SANS Internet Security Test. We pay to have the site scanned every 15 minutes for any vulnerabilities and can only keep the Hacker Safe logo if we pass the test. This means that your information is secure and cannot be hacked into. Now you can delegate to several users at one time. Previously you could only delegate to one user at a time. Now you can send the same delegated message to anyone in your business group. TimeJar also keeps track of delegated tasks to each user in the DELEGATED TASKS section so you can tell when each user completed the task!

We add new features all the time into your TimeJar account. The new features sometimes bog down the system. The home page, calendar, and universal search were previously taking around 12 seconds to load on a broadband connection. Now we were able to get them to load in 2 seconds which is a massive improvement!

We have been using TimeJar Mobile on our Motorola Q and it is working great! You will be able to use the Universal Search from your smartphone or PDA! Manage your contacts, your DGP, make Journal entries and so much more. TimeJar Mobile will be one of the most advanced mobile time management solutions on the market. Now both calendar appointments and delegated conversations appear in the universal search. Just type one word (or even just some letters) into the TimeJar Universal Search box and everything related will appear.

Now each project comes complete with its own calendar. We just added the M button to the calendars inside of projects that copies the event to your main calendar with one click. This gives you the ability to run an unlimited amount of calendars within projects and it also allows you to share these calendars with other users.

We just added a unique calendar to each TimeJar Project so you can track events and appointments inside your project. If you are collaborating with other TimeJar users, they can also see and edit the calendar inside the project. We are currently fixing the location and ability to minimize the calendar right now.

We are also adding an M button on the calendars inside projects so you can add events or appointments to your main calendar with one click!

Now your calendar moves much faster with AJAX technology. Our goal is to make TimeJar as fast as possible so you can plan with no limits! We are currently working on a direct add feature into the calendar so you won't have to add appointments via a pop up any more. Stay tuned as TimeJar gets better each day!

Do your appointments change often? Now you can easily drag and drop an appointment from day to day. Just click and hold the D button on the appointment and move to whatever day you would like on your TimeJar Project Calendar!

Now, you can complete tasks, enter tasks, and more on the TimeJar Dashboard without the entire page refreshing. It allows you to work much faster on the home page and speeds up TimeJar dramatically!

We had a rare server problem yesterday that caused TimeJar to be very slow and then it was taken offline. The problem was fixed and everything is working fine now. This was the first time our dedicated server was down in one year.

Now you can drag and drop appointments and tasks from day to day on the 7 Day At A Glance. Just click, drag, and set the appointment! We are working on the drag and drop on the main calendar now which will give you the ability to move appointments at the click of the mouse.

As we add more features to the TimeJar interface, it naturally slows down the speed of the program. Today, we did a major overhaul on loading speeds on the Dashboard, completing tasks, calendar items and more. You will notice the system works much faster now. We are also looking into AJAX technology which will improve the speed drastically (this is the same technology that drives Google's GMAIL).

If you are working on your calendar and you want to open a project at the same time just right-click on any link in TimeJar. Then select, Open This Link In A New Window, and another page of TimeJar will appear. You can work real-time in both windows at the same time! You can actually open unlimited TimeJar windows and work on as many different things as you like. Did you know your "spam blocker" is also blocking important messages? Since most spam blockers work with filters, they block spam, but they also block valid emails. We use Cloudmark because it detects spam based on a 1 million plus base of users so you don't get as many false positives. Even with Cloudmark, we still have to scan our spam folder to make sure we are not missing important emails. Do yourself a favor, scan your spam folder frequently to make sure you don't have important emails sitting in there!

We just fixed our Outlook import feature in the Contacts section. You can now export your contacts from Outlook then import them direct into TimeJar with one click (video coming soon)! We are also working on other imports from Outlook including calendar, notes, journal, and to dos so you can stop using Outlook for your day planner and step up to the next generation in time management software!

Login to your TimeJar.com account with one-click! We use Roboform daily because we have several accounts that require login. With Roboform, you select the site from your list, click, and you are automatically logged into the site. Watch this short video on how it works.
